Circus Stars come to the library!

Circus Stars The summer reading challenge is underway for 2011, so

‘Roll up, roll up – the Circus Stars are coming to Knaphill library!’

That’s right – on Saturday 9th July you can join Clemmy, Ted, Frank, Ella, Anand, Megan, and Bailey on the web at Knaphill library to begin your very own circus stars challenge!

Participants receive a free fold out stage, stickers and bookmarks – all for reading a few books. Easy!

Every time you read and return books you’ll get another sheet of stickers and depending how many books you read, a gift of a chatterbox fortune teller and Circus Stars wristband.

If you make it through the whole challenge of reading 6 books in your holidays you will be awarded a special medal and certificate, well done!

In preparation, why not visit the Circus Stars website – www.circus-stars.org.uk – there’s lots happening here where you can build your own profile and enjoy the online games (beware they can be addictive!) and learn about the characters. There’s even a catchy tune!

Knaphill library is very excited about this event so go along and take part, they’d love to see you!
