Fantastic local opportunity to liven up your Sundays

0

Great news for local under-23 year olds – Woking’s largest all inclusive Youth Theatre company is opening its doors to new members in September.

The company is ‘Peer Productions’ and they are sending out an invitation to aspiring performers regardless of previous experience or ability to come along and see for themselves……but don’t delay as there are only a limited number of vacancies!

People join ‘Peer’ to have fun, to make new friends, learn new skills and develop their creative talents. Members have been actively involved in local successful productions include His Dark Materials, Oklahoma, Zombie Prom, Find Me, and Into the Woods. Many ‘Peer graduates’ have gone on to further training on the ‘Peer Education Through Theatre and Film Course’, to the ‘Birmingham School of Acting’, ‘East 15’, ‘Central School of Speech and Drama’, ‘The American Academy of Dramatic Arts’ in New York and Rose Bruford.

Classes run on Sundays at Woking Youth Arts Centre in Knaphill and the new term starts on 26th September.

So do something exciting with your weekends – go along and see what all the fuss is about by enjoying your first workshop session at no charge!

Times: 2pm – 4pm Juniors (8-12 yrs)

4pm – 7pm Seniors (13-23 yrs)

Fees per 10 week term: £80 (juniors) / £90 (seniors)
