The Knaphill and Brookwood Safer Neighbourhood Policing Team keep in regular contact with local residents via the KRA. We are pleased to publish community news and updates from our local officers on issues and changes that may be of interest or concern to local people.
Good News! KRA is pleased to welcome two new officers to the Knaphill and Brookwood area: PC Craig Robinson and PCSO Craig Hurst.
PC Craig Robinson previously worked with the Response Team based in Guildford and PCSO Craig Hurst worked as a Security Officer at Heathrow Airport. Both Officers have a great deal of experience to bring to their work in the local community. Our existing officers PCSO Naz Raja and PCSO Sultan Khan are also still part of the local team; please chat with them if you see them out and about. And yes, Surrey Police have listened to concerns expressed by local residents and they have assured KRA that we will be seeing a lot more of our local officers ‘on the beat’ in Knaphill and Brookwood over the coming months.

Officers in West Surrey are urging householders to follow some common sense precautions to protect themselves from being the victims of crime. Crime Reduction Advisor Mark Saunders said: It may well be the season of goodwill and cheer, but unfortunately there is a minority who will be trying to get their cheer this year at your expense. Whether you are out shopping, looking for somewhere safe to store your presents or going away to visit friends and relatives, there are a number of things you can do to keep yourself safe from opportunistic thieves.
