Launch of latest edition of ‘Your Knaphill’ Directory

0

Knaphill Residents’ Association (KRA) has just launched the 4th Edition of our useful Knaphill Directory – “Your Knaphill”.  The directory is designed to help people find out about all the playgroups, clubs and classes in the village. It is a helpful reference for families and youngster, adults and the retired, with a simple map to show you where things are. We’ve updated all the information for 2010 – 2011. There is so much to do; you can find out by looking at ‘Your Knaphill’.

The new Management Team at Busy Bees Nursery invited KRA down to their bright, cheerful nursery to launch the colourful new booklet.  The KRA and Busy Bees Manager Natalie Stewart and staff Bex, Charlie and Laura were at the launch.  Natalie explained that Busy Bees were honoured to host the launch as they are keen to work with residents groups and be part of the local community.

The children had lots of fun at the launch and parents have told us how much they appreciate the colourful new booklet and think it is a really useful guide to help them know about what’s going on in Knaphill.

Remember it is not just for children. There is information for adults and a special new section for over 50’s and retired people.

The booklet is FREE. It has been paid for by the generous support of local shops, businesses and community organisations. Copies are now available throughout the village: at local schools, in the Library, at the Vyne Community Centre, Knaphill Post Office, local churches and many shops. Pick up a copy when you are in the village; you can use it for reference all through the coming year.

There is an online version on this website, just go to the section for DIRECTORY.
